Why did you receive the error?
When trying to process payroll from ClubsHR to Xero, if you receive the warning message below, it means at least one of your employees in Xero is missing an "Ordinary Earnings Rate".
How do you fix this error?
To fix this issue, within your Xero account, find the employee file, go to the "Employment" tab and select an "Ordinary Hours Rate" from the dropdown menu (typically, this is your "Ordinary Hours" or "Monday-Friday" rule). Once done, you can go back to ClubsHR and process the payroll again.
