This article covers how an Owner or Admin can set up sites to benefit their particular business from the ClubsHR web app.
ClubsHR allows you to create as many sites as your business requires.
Types of Site
Geographical locations
You can have two separate physical locations set up as different sites within ClubsHR so that you can differentiate between them for ease of use.
Departments
The other method is setting up your various departments as sites. For example, a restaurant might have Front of House, Administration, and Kitchen as separate sites within ClubsHR.
So why set up multiple sites?
1. Budget separately. Each site can be published individually, and therefore you can keep track of the financial performance of each site.
2. Management. Each site can have managers who can roster and approve changes for only that part of the business. This is a great way to divide the responsibility amongst a group of managers in a larger business. This also means that if you have two businesses on one account, managers can be assigned, so they can have access to roster and approve payroll for one location but not the other.
3. Filling shifts. If your sites are separate geographical locations having different sites will mean you will never accidentally roster an employee to work at a site they cannot get to.
