This article covers how an Owner, Admin, Manager or Assistant can save a roster without publishing it, to work on at a later date on the ClubsHR web app.
Please note this functionality is only available on the web app
Sometimes you may find yourself halfway through creating a new roster before you need to stop. With ClubsHR, you can simply save the roster as a draft and return to finish and publish at a later stage.
Click on the week and site you want to roster for
Click save
Build the roster then click save instead of publish. The roster will be saved as draft for you to work on and publish later.
