This article covers how an Owner, Admin, Manager or Assistant can view the availability of a staff member from the ClubsHR web app.
Go to the Staff tab
Firstly, click on the Staff tab, then click on the staff member whose availability you want to see.
Click on the availability tab within the staff card.
Within the availability tab, you will be able to view the days and hours of availability that the employee has set. Staff members set this when they log into the App for the first time and update it regularly as needed.
Why can managers only view and not edit staff availability?
Good question!
With ClubsHR, only staff can edit their availability.
This has been a deliberate approach to our software to help you put ownership on employees to keep their availability information up to date.
But don't worry, even if a staff members availability says they are unavailable for a particular shift, you are still able to roster them on (although we would recommend contacting them first).
