How can I action employee shift swap requests from App?

This article covers how an Owner, Admin or Manager can action employee shift swap requests on mobile

An optional feature for customers is giving the ability for an employee to request shift swaps up to 48 hours before shifts.

Managers can then view, and action shift swap requests directly from the ClubsHR app.

Viewing Employee Shift Swap Requests

A list of pending shift swaps can be found in the Dashboard menu under the "Shift Swaps" section, similar to the example below.

Approve or Deny Shift Swap Requests

Clicking on any requests will open an information window on the proposed change, including shift details, old employee, new employee and reason for the request.
Managers can click either "Approve" or Deny" to action the request.
