Email, SMS and Push notifications
ClubsHR gives you the ability to communicate newly published rosters to staff via 3 different means. Email, Sms and app push notification.
Email
staff will get an email with details of the shifts they have been rostered to work. These details include date of shifts, start and end time of shifts, site and position for each shift.
SMS
A staff member will receive an SMS notifying them that a new roster has been published and prompting them to log into their ClubsHR app to see the shifts they have been rostered to work. Within the app they can see the details of the shifts.
Push notifications
The ClubsHR app will use a push notification to notify the staff to check their app to see their shifts on the new roster.
