Managers that are listed in ClubsHR cost the same as staff. You’re charged for every staff member that’s on the schedule per week, including management staff.
If you need to re-publish your roster, you’re only charged for added additional employees. For example, if you have published a roster with 20 staff and add two additional employees, you will only be charged for the two employees added, not all 22.
After signing up to ClubsHR, you're able to upgrade your plan at any time. If you have any further questions around pricing and our flexible plans, please reach out to our team.
With ClubsHR, there is no minimum monthly spend. You can add credit to your account for $50, $100, $250, $500 or $1000. When your account falls below the amount needed to build your roster for the week, you’ll receive a charge to the credit card on file with the predetermined amount.
ClubsHR will not charge you for inactive employees. If you have 20 employees on your staff but only roster ten a week, you are only charged for the ten employees that you schedule.
